Gateway to Africa LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Mississippi. We operate as an online luxury African lifestyle brand offering contemporary fashion crafted from authentic African textiles for women, men, and children.
Our Products
Gateway to Africa offers luxury African lifestyle fashion including clothing for women, men, and children crafted from authentic African textiles including Ankara, Aso Oke, and Kente cloth. All products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nigeria.
Because our products are handcrafted in limited quantities slight variations in fabric pattern, color, and texture may occur from piece to piece. These natural variations are a hallmark of authentic handcrafted luxury goods and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and modify product descriptions at any time.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment system.
Orders
By placing an order on shopgatewaytoafrica.com you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. We will confirm your order by sending a confirmation email to the address you provided.
In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
Waitlist and Early Access
By joining the Gateway to Africa waitlist you agree to receive email communications from us including launch announcements, exclusive early access invitations, and your 15% launch discount code. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee product availability at launch.
Your 15% waitlist discount is valid for one use per customer on your first order at launch and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Intellectual Property
All content on shopgatewaytoafrica.com including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product images, text, graphics, and design elements are the exclusive property of Gateway to Africa LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content without prior written permission from Gateway to Africa LLC.
User Conduct
When using our website you agree not to:
